The League has been running since 1949 and has undergone numerous restructures until now we operate with 4 Divisions consisting of 6 teams.
There are 9 teams from Black Notley, one Bocking team, two Pillar House teams (formerly Braintree Removals), one Nomads (formerly Delphi), two Liberal, one Panfield, one Cressing Social and seven Rayne teams.
The 11 up format is used in accordance with the standard ITTF rules. 10 matches are played - each player playing 3 singles and one doubles is played as well. A major change in the League has come into effect this season with a point being awarded for each match won, in accordance with most of the other leagues in the area.
